Often home owners don't know they have problems with their house until it's inspected or in this case they hear noises. This home inspection reveals a hole in the roof made by squirrels. They were able to make a hole because the roof sheathing was rotten…lnkd.in/e5u7AcB

Inspecting a two family house in the Bronx we found this exterior wood trim on the entry door with a hole that was chewed by rats. The dark marking around the hole are called rub marks made by the rats fur as they enter and exit. #inspection lnkd.in/eQTPZRg
