@virginmedia Forget it, I'm just going to cancel and go with someone else.
@virginmedia That's it? Again - up to me to fix Virgin's mistake!!!
@virginmedia I am seriously considering canceling and going with someone else!!!!!!!
@virginmedia And agree to another 12 mo contract? Another day that I'm without internet at home - I need to pay bills online and change my address
@virginmedia And told no one was going to do any more for me. Been with Virgin over six years! This is how I'm treated? Right after I upgrade
@virginmedia Spoke to many people at Virgin and all they could say was "sorry but you'll have to fix it yourself". I asked to speak to a manager
@virginmedia To sort it out and I'm told to call DPD on my own and fix it. I'm not the one who made the mistake! Spent all day trying to sort this
@virginmedia She assured me I'd get it today at my work. This morn I get notice from DPD that they'd tried delivering to my home. I call Virgin
@virginmedia Says can't get kit till today. I say I'll be at work, but it's important I get the internet set up asap so please send kit to my work addr
been with @virginmedia over 6 yrs, I upgrade my pkg, sign new contract, promptly get the worst customer service. #badcustomerservice
This is virgin media - we make the mistake, you fix it!!! #virginmedia #badcustomerservice
Virgin: "ooops sorry, nothing we can do" after I just signed on to a new upgraded contract. Appalling. #virginmedia #badcustomerservice
Virgin delivers to the wrong address. I inform them. They tell me to handle it myself. #virginmedia #badcustomerservice
Virgin Media customer service is appalling. #virginmedia #badcustomerservice
