@virginmedia I need a cable repull and have been promised that the area manager would be in touch the last four times I have been in contact with you. This has not happened. Total loss of service since April 3. Is this what good service looks like to you? #68daysdisconnected

@virginmedia Yes, apparently clearance from the council has not been given yet. I called on the 12 June to confirm that this clearance had been given and I was told ‘yes,’ and that the work would ‘definitely’ be happening on the 21st June. #80daysdisconnected

@virginmedia Called customer services. I was told that clearance has now been given for the cable republic to happen so this will happen on 21 June. I really hope that this is the case. #70daysdisconnected

@virginmedia Yes, it was supposed to happen on the 18 May, then it got rescheduled to 19 May, then the 20 May (no communication to me BTW, found out by calling up). Eventually got moved to June 21. I want to know if a) it can be moved forward and b) whether they have everything in place.

@virginmedia So why have I been told that this person would call within 48 hrs the last 4 times that I have contacted customer services? And why have I been waiting for this since April 3? Strikes me that virgin media are intensely relaxed about fixing this issue.

@virginmedia I just did and I asked that they put me thru to the area manager given that the last 3 times they said that the area manager would call in 48 hrs, it hasn’t happened. He said he cannot do that and there was nothing else that he could do.

@virginmedia Yes, I need a cable pull. This was supposed to be done on 18 May, that was pushed back to 19 May, then 20 May, and now 21 June. I don’t have an awful lot of faith in this getting being done on that date.
