The whole story 👇 @tvsviraajauto🛵 A guy bought TVS iQube, it has been one issue after another. There hasn't been a single day without a fault or a sign of unreliability. Around 7 service visits, repeated software resets, battery flashing, and even a battery replacement yet the same error codes returned. The scooter eventually broke down completely and had to be towed to the service centre. Even after the latest battery replacer, the issue returned while I was travelling back home. The scooter is still under warranty, but repeated temporary fixes haven't resolved the problem. I'm seeking a proper resolution, not another reset and another promise. @tvsmotorcompany, how is a customer supposed to trust a vehicle that keeps failing despite repeated repairs? I request TVS to intervene and provide a permanent resolution, including replacement of the vehicle. I bought the Ather Konarc S 125, advertised with a 125 km IDC range, but the real-world range is only 70-80 km. And if I accidentally use Power Mode, getting even 50 km seems difficult. @atherenergy Is this the range customers should expect?

Most poor and ignorant customer service i cann't imagine @atherenergy serves that. When lodge complaint it days to communicate. service center personal completely unprofessional along with long que on parts availability even months. switching to other EVs are much better choice.
