@MetroPCS this company has no morals. Would never recommend this company to anyone. Customer service has made many statements that all contradict or reflect the situation of unauthorized charges made.

@MetroByTMobile They claim now the money was never taken out. I have all the info that they have and am reporting to BBB and elsewhere before pursuing my refund. Never do business with this company that can't keep track of unauthorized charges.

@MetroByTMobile Apparently this company feels as though they can take unauthorized payments from my card. Spoke to many reps, in store and on phone, received different answers down to they forgotten process my refund. Now the claim is they never took the money.

@deliverydotcom brushed off again... do not use... they use weak excuses and #censor bad reviews on #twitter

This #Censorship on this platform Is something I've never seen before... a company doesn't like a bad review, thus having the #tweet taken down?!? Delivery dot com has been doing this to my tweets since yesterday. Terrible service, terrible company

@deliverydotcom worst customer service as well as delivery. Would highly advise against using their "service", if you don't believe me look up their reviews. They won't every contact me after they failed to deliver on their end. Bad business motto!

@deliverydotcom used your service tonight and was essentially told by your customer service representative that I was lying over an issue with poor delivery service. No help was issued by the rep and nothing was resolved. Poor quality and standards from this company which failed
