@eyeslasho @DavidJacksonWi2 If I remember right when they were allocating water to various states from the Colorado river they did so in a decade where precipitation in the rivers watershed was substantially higher than the norm. Which is a problem when precipitation returned to the mean.

@eyeslasho There are natural springs, that create lakes and don't lead to or flow from rivers.
@eyeslasho Nuclear desalination plants would overcome so many issues, including this, but our elites simply refuse to consider it.
