It can solve a lot of problems! Sure all the hodlers will complain, but we would have less dry income taxation which leads to much bigger problems than not being able to cashout taxfree.

An interesting case that raises the question: is Germany protecting its population through regulation — or losing potential through bureaucracy? Hard to say. Either way, it shows how complex the regulatory landscape still is for crypto projects in the EU.
