Nobody talks about the personality shift in your 30s where you no longer want to be impressive, you just want to be rested, regulated, and completely unavailable to anything that drains you

Unpopular opinion: Men don’t struggle to communicate. They avoid what makes them ACCOUNTABLE.

The other day I watched a TikTok that said women leave good men too, not because they aren’t good, but because women get tired. And that hit. Because sometimes it’s not cheating. It’s not disrespect. It’s not some big dramatic thing. Sometimes it’s the mental load. The constant reminding. The feeling like you’re the project manager of the relationship. It’s like having a “good” worker. They show up. They’re capable. They don’t argue. They’ll do whatever you ask. But every single day you still have to say, “Go to your station. Do your job. Handle that.” And they will. But the fact that you have to keep saying it? That’s the part that drains you. Relationships can feel like that too. Being a good man isn’t just about doing things once they’re pointed out. It’s about awareness. Initiative. Seeing what needs to be done and doing it without being managed. Nobody wants to feel like their partner’s supervisor. I don’t want to keep telling you what to do. I want to feel like you already know how to show up.

Women are actually very understanding if you’re honest with them, especially if they like you. You don’t even have to do all that lying.

I love people who can put their pride aside, say sorry, and actually change their behaviour. That awareness, accountability, and emotional maturity is so attractive.

I love a man that does what he says he is going to do, no reminders, no hints, just pure accountability.

breakups hurt but you know what really fucking hurts? Trying to “make it work” with someone who has proven to you time and time again that they do not give a fuck about your feelings. that hurts.
