every week people on this app choose a mental illness to further stigmatize because they refuse to actually spend five minutes researching it. intrusive thoughts are so distressing because they go against your morals as a person. a racist wouldn’t be distressed by racist thoughts
i think all of you saying people with pocd or racial ocd need to die are forgetting that intrusive thoughts are supposed to go against your morals thats literally why theyre called Intrusive thoughts Because Theyre Intrusive
