Didn’t realize a “contingent election”—in which no pres. candidate gets 270 electoral votes—is settled by each state delegation in the House casting one vote. As former Sen. Jones explains, this means Wyoming has as much electoral power as California. Bad move, Founding Fathers!

One more wrinkle: What happens if the vote of the state delegations in the House comes out 25-25? Unlikely, but what if? What’s the tiebreaker? Coin flip?
