@fasc1nate My parents first home around that time newly built in a small lovely town in NJ cost 14,500. 😂 Split level 3 bedrooms 2 bath.. garage.. laundry room.. dining room.. living room… office.. rec room… large kitchen.
@fasc1nate This town is now called Willingboro and I grew up right across the highway from there. The homes there are now $350K to $425K. Just down the highway is Cinnaminson where my in-laws purchased in 1960 for $15,000. PS Levitt had in their RE contract “owner will not resell to Negroes
