@fast2host We're on the 7th floor of LD8 and have had power this entire time, unfortanutely a significant number of our upstream providers do not. I believe only floors 1-4 are affected. It's still unbelievable that an N+1 facility would be offline for almost 12 hours.

Equinix IBX Site Staff reports that IBX Engineers and the specialist vendor have begun restoring services to customers by migrating to newly installed and commissioned infrastructure. IBX Engineers continue to work towards restoring services to all customers.

Equinix IBX Site Staff report fire alarm was triggered by the failure of output static switch from Galaxy UPS system supporting levels 1, 2, 3, 4 in building 8/9 at LD8. This has resulted in a loss of power for multiple customers and IBX Engineers are working to resolve issue.

We are aware of the current network outage. Our connections run to Telehouse in London via Equinix. Equinix LD8 is totally offline after they evacuated due to a fire alarm. We believe their A and B power failed site-wide. We are awaiting an update.
