@UPS disgusted. Slides have been out of stock since March and finally we were able to purchase one. You had it out for delivery and we tracked it all day EVEN SAW THE TRUCK DRIVE PAST OUR HOUSE. Mysteriously it never arrived... And Mysteriously you've closed the investigation pt1

@CA_EDD I need to request paper certification. I've never received a paper claim and now am no longer able to certify by phone. I also receive an error every time I try to register on UI Online. I am now 2 weeks behind on my claim and cannot get anyone on the phone. Please HELP.
