3 months at @langfuse and this keeps happening. People don’t look at numbers but just ship and it works. Focusing only on how to ship more stuff faster frees up your mind. Very few discussions like “will this work”, “will it move the needle” etc..

90% of "problems" people work on aren't real or urgent. Made this mistake in my first company. It's too easy to call something a big problem and get busy playing startup. What are top 1-3 problems society urgently wants solved right now? Those are billion-dollar markets.
