@JumiaNigeria My question is; was the item lost in transit or the agent decided not to deliver because he was earlier reprimanded? How an item that was lost in transit is been returned to the seller is what Jumia needs to explain to me.

@JumiaNigeria he called to say item was lost in transit and could no longer be delivered. At about 9.11pm, I get a message/mail from jumia stating "We failed to deliver package/s DS-STF-369487875-9341 which will be cancelled and sent back to the seller. To reorder, call 012772367
