Hi @playbook_hq any updates on when your UK server issues will be resolved? Haven't been able to access Playbook for days now.

@AmazonHelp Sorry, but for security reasons I’m not signing in via a link. I’ll find contact info myself on the main website. Not that you actually NEED my customer account information to deal with this query, but there we go. 🙄

@AmazonHelp why is the Paw Patrol Movie I purchased on Amazon now streaming with the American voices? After a year and a half of the English dubbed voices? My kids are so young, they find this change confusing and upsetting and now don’t want to watch it.

@AmazonHelp What is the point of this Twitter account if all you do is tell people to contact you another way? I’m telling you I’m unhappy about a change you’ve made to your streaming service - a particular video. Surely that should be something you escalate to your technical support.

So @peacocks and @Hermesparcels. Next Day delivery was a failure and my son was the only kid at nursery without a Christmas jumper on their special Christmas jumper day. And the parcel is still not here two days later. If you can’t do next day delivery, don’t offer it.

@jonchap04736616 @Debenhams @Hermesparcels That’s the biggest frustration isn’t it. 😬

The @Hermesparcels driver in my area doesn’t seem capable of delivering on a Saturday. Every excuse, every time. This time, I’m apparently not at home 😳 really? Then whose house am I in? #ridiculous #lies

Very disappointed with @StarlingBank Their awkward process of having to apply for a personal account before being told you're not eligible (for some reason they won't share) to open a sole trader account is simply ridiculous. Another bank will suit me better then thanks.

Hey @Hermesparcels Your service in my area absolutely sucks. Parcels never come on time, are damaged 9/10 times and I’m always getting told your courier “had problems getting to the address”. No other courier has problems. Why do you? 🤷🏻‍♀️ What an awful #customerexperience

So @hm_custserv been waiting on web order since 28 April. Now told it’s despatched but a tiny bit on the email says my main item has been cancelled?! No explanation given, no message to say it has been cancelled. How is this good customer service?

@iCandyWorld hi, I’m expecting my 2nd baby in 8 weeks or so. We wanted to get our iCandy pram serviced since the brakes are a bit unreliable now. Is this service still available?

@EntertainerToys who do I contact to complain about a product that doesn’t work after a few days of very light play? 😡

@LanarkPolice to make you aware, a vehicle has parked obstructively on the access road to Lanark Police car park. I’m not sure patrol vehicles will be able to pass.

@LidlGB I’d like to point out the suckers on the submarine in this toy set are useless. They don’t hold in place, just slide down the tiles or bath. Very disappointing.
