The first Santa Ana wind event of the season will impact Ventura County late Tuesday afternoon into Wednesday night. During the peak of the event Tuesday night into Wednesday morning, wind gusts of 40 to 50 mph are expected across the mountains, with gusts of 30 to 45 mph.
