✅ The biggest problem that most of us face is not eating any certain food, but more likely OVEREATING those foods. Calories are not a mystery unit of measurement and your food is not an impossible jigsaw puzzle...though sometimes it might feel that way. 🧩
Here is the best way to measure: ✅ Get a digital scale (you don't need to spend a lot of money). ✅ Put your plate on the scale and then 0 it out. ✅ Now you can add your peanut butter directly to the plate with an accurate measurement and no mess.😉
If you keep going to your scale and hoping it's going to show you a magical number that will make you feel happy, then you will be fighting an uphill battle your whole life. Increased self control, increased energy and feeling good are the most important results.
Don't vilify food. Try to find ways to portion and understand your food so you not only eat the pizza, but you enjoy it rather than feeling guilt with every bite!
Spot burning fat isn't possible. 🤷♀️ It might be genetic or hormonal. The better thing the focus on is... ✅ What you CAN control. 👉🏼 You can spot build muscle in your body, which will shape your muscles and burn more fat! Boom!🤘🏽
The true path to food freedom is understanding the foods you eat. 💪🏼 How many calories are you eating now? If you don't know the answer to that question then you need to start logging today.
Are you a stress eater? Food can not fill the stress void. When it comes to stress you want to stop the fire from starting not always work to try to put it out. Find a solid meditation or yoga routine to help out!
You didn't gain 3 pounds of fat overnight!🤷♀️ 😂You only feel like you did because you might be over consuming foods that are causing you to feel bloated all of the time.Continue to consume these foods in moderation and you can feel like you lost weight without actually doing it😉
First choose what you NEED then what you WANT. ✅What you NEED: Protein (at least 100 grams but ideally 1 gram per 1 pound of body weight!!!) Fiber (at least 25 grams for women and 39 grams for men) 🔥What you WANT: You should have...in a way that meets your goals.
Here is a hard truth: You have set a goal and it's possible that when you reach that goal your body and mindset may not look or feel the way you had imagined it would be. This happens all of the time. Celebrate the small stuff that get's you where ever you end up.
💪🏼Tough love moment: You make the time for things that are important to you. We all seem to make time for our favorite TV shows or that party, but when it comes times for self care we don't have any time. You've got to create the time you need.
Whether it is easy or hard for you to workout you need to just remember to get up and move. To keep working out consistently you need to be consistent no matter what work you get to do. Don't overthink the workout.
✅ The truth is, that the people who are confident, honor their body and celebrate themselves the most seem to be more successful than anyone else. 💥💥💥So yes...take the acting class, but don't neglect the most important practice you need keeping your instrument sharp.💥💥💥
Here is the missing element your body needs to burn fat more efficiently... Muscle!!💪🏼 Build muscle by feeding your muscle!!
When you do the same thing over and over your body learns how to conserve calories. Muscle Confusion is breaking the regular routine with something different to keep you muscles guessing. If your regular routine isn't 🔥 anymore then it's time to make some small switches.
💥 Weight loss happens in a calorie deficit. So whether you burn more calories, consume less calories or find the perfect balance of both you need to make a change to be able to see progress. There are things you can do on your own...take a deep breathe, you've got this!
Most of these ineffective foods will ALWAYS be there so you have to find a way to control consuming it if you are trying to achieve weight loss. In the weight loss phase you need a calorie deficit and the biggest hurdle to overcome is the mental blocks you set up for yourself.
There is a huge difference between restricting yourself from enjoying anything and allowing yourself to stuff your body into discomfort. Both are terrible ways to abuse your body. Drink water, listen to body cues and have a plan to get back on track. Happy 4th! #weightlosstip
