Dear Congress, I'm a crypto user in America with non-custodial crypto wallets. I'd like to keep my wallet activity private - for the same reason you want to keep your bank statements or email inbox private. Unfortunately, the U.S. treasury keeps making the tools to do this illegal. Is wallet privacy illegal in America? CZ's vs SBF's crimes are entirely different to most ppl in crypto. SBF stole money from his us. CZ disregarded their surveillance laws. How harshly US courts decide to treat the latter will tell us a lot. They want at least 3 years in prison for CZ - sentencing on April 30.
