One of the lesser-discussed yet uniquely designed protocols at Flare is the Flare System Protocol (FSP) ☀️ FSP not only coordinates Flare’s enshrined protocols but can also support Trusted Execution Environments (TEEs), the cornerstone infrastructure piece for the Protocol Managed Wallet (PMW) in Flare 2.0. The FSP ensures the same economic security for the PMW by requiring a threshold level of signatures from Flare’s infrastructure providers to validate transactions before they are executed in the TEEs.
