@daisy_matlou @Graham_dePenros At least you are marching weekly against it. There doesn’t seem to be any real resistance here in Ireland. The only time people got together was during the fuel protests by our farmers. Let’s hope they have more planned about the cost of living and the invasion of our country.

Supreme Court & EU Asylum & Migration Pact Ireland 🇮🇪 I’m Niall James Byrne. Quick update on the court cases. We may have a judgment from the Supreme Court in the presidential election case within the next two to four weeks. On the EU Migration and Asylum Pact, we’re still waiting to see whether the Supreme Court will approve the application under exceptional circumstances. The Court of Appeal case on the EU Migration and Asylum Pact, 2026/191, is awaiting the Supreme Court determination and is listed again for 13 November. The other Court of Appeal case, 2026/55, has also been adjourned. That relates to the statutory instrument known as the Browne Order, and whether the High Court was right to strike it out. That case goes back to the Presidential Election Order and whether the presidential election process was lawful.
