We had a very special (and very fluffy!) visitor this week — Barfie the dog 🐾. She brought so much joy and comfort to our volunteers and community members with her wagging tail and gentle presence. 🐕✨ Thank you, Barfie, for such a heartwarming visit. 💜
Our Cooking & Nutrition Workshop was a hit! Participants learned healthy veggie cooking using fresh ingredients from FPM’s Common Table Farm & Flemo Farm. Recipes made: Mutabal (roasted eggplant dip) & Ghormeh Sabzi (mixed veggie stew). Thanks to Peter Gilgan GTA Community Grant!
