@HDFCBank_Cares @HDFC_Bank I am using hdfc credit card for more than 10yrs n my minimum spend is 20L+ per year. I recently booked flight tickets via smartbuy but cancelled by airlines. I am following with your support team for refund more than 1 month but no response. Pls assist.

If you see this message when trying to book a flight with @British_Airways DO NOT ‘try again’ like it suggests!! I have had £4000 taken out of my account, I have gone overdrawn and I won’t get a refund for 7-10 working days!! Absolutely no remorse or explanation given. 😭

We spent another hour walking back fr gate 14 to check in counter n do refund process. Beli tiket superairjet flight 13.50, eta batam 15.35, to catch 16.30 ferry, arrive in sg 18.30 sg, still have 90 minutes for immigration and travel to venue, we’ll rent locker for our luggages

@JM_Scindia the connecting flight is left disgusting totally mismanagement There were total 21 passengers including senior citizens were forcibly given refund and options to go by own arrangements As I was having important work at dehradun I just rushed of my own arrangements
