it’s okay if you’re starting from scratch on any of these things. me too. but these documents and tasks are SO IMPORTANT to ensure you don’t have to fight in probate court for any of your family’s assets Look up estate planners in your state to help.
@flynanced mobile notary can come to your location and do durable / medical power of attorney (two different forms in texas, not sure about other states) mobile notary can also do a will. bank beneficiary you just take the principle person to the bank with you and fill out the forms
