Mumbai Real Estate 2024: Demand started to get weak. The argument was it was temporary due to elections 2025: Demand got even weaker. That's when anxiety started to set in. 2026: Demand ~50% of 2024 levels. Anxiety is out. It's CLOSE to panic zone.
