Selama ni orang justifikasi "interest/profit (for Islamic Banking)" as cost service yg bank perlu tanggung untuk beroperasi. So kalau Bank boleh operate fully by A.I sepatutnya interest/profit kena seminimum yang boleh la kan ? Untuk Islamic Banking, boleh la zero riba. 🤔

PMX has proposed introducing a Government Procurement Act, claiming it is meant to strengthen fiscal management. In reality, the new law would hand extremely wide powers to the Finance Minister – who is also PMX. Section 10(1)(a) of the First Schedule allows the minister to approve mega contracts with no ceiling whatsoever. No limits – which is highly dangerous. Section 13(2) to (4) states that the minister is not bound by the procurement board’s recommendations. Meanwhile, Section 12(8) empowers the minister alone to make the final decision if the board reaches a deadlock. Supporters of Madani argue the Act is good because it creates a Tribunal to review the Finance Minister’s decisions if issues arise. But the fact is, the members of this Tribunal would also be appointed by the Finance Minister. Meaning any questionable decision by the minister can only be “reviewed” by a body appointed by the minister himself. Once again, Madani serves up political theatre – branded as reform, but in truth giving even greater powers to the Minister and PMX. Because the government could not answer questions from MPs – including its own backbenchers – the Bill had to be postponed by a day.

Tak nampak Product Disclosure Sheet untuk credit card Gemini. Nampak agreement sahaja. So, asumption nya, takde had limit. Contohnya, isi minyak dapat 4% based on consumption. Takde cap macam kita RM 50-80 sebulan tu. Walaupun tak banyak, siapa nak bagi XRP for free?
