For example, tell urself: "You don't need it" "You're just bored" "Binge urges come and go, but guilt is there forever." "Ew, that's so disgusting" "i'm never going to eat that" "you're not gonna die from not eating that so shut up" it's so helpful istfg

Tw p*rge You know I never purged until I went inpatient. Not even inpatient for ED reasons atm, just goes to show how much support you get really 🙂
