Let's face it. The judge set Kyle Rittenhouse free. He did so from the day he said those murdered were not victims. Vigilante murder in Wisconsin is now a thing.
@fred_guttenberg Families of the two victims must now sue.
@fred_guttenberg Judge decided the case before it started. He did everything he could to manipulate the prosecution and defense to make sure it turned out this way.
@fred_guttenberg It’s almost like the judge was a fan of the kid. Totally could have tainted the jury, the way the judge coddled him. Might not have made a difference, still terribly embarrassing his behavior for WI.
@fred_guttenberg He prevented the prosecutor from presenting facts related to Rittenhouse’s intentions to kill protestors. He insisted on judging the dead protestors as rioters but not calling them victims. He denied jury the right to know that Rittenhouse started chasing/threatening them first.
@fred_guttenberg It's up to the citizens of WI to elect legislators who write good laws & judges who interpret the laws without bias. A minor from another state walked the streets with an AR-15, killed 2 people, wounded 1 & had ZERO consequences. WI failed on both counts in the Rittenhouse case.
@fred_guttenberg My blood is boiling. I am so fucking tired of this shit.
@fred_guttenberg Fred, with all due respect, the judge not allowing the deceased to be called victims was due to the nature of the trial. The jury was asked to decide whether the dead were victims of murder in the first place, not whether KR was the killer. Judge’s hands were kind of tied there.
@fred_guttenberg Yes, you shouldn’t be allowed to defend yourself against people who beat you over the head with skateboards or draw guns on you.
@fred_guttenberg DISGUSTING. #WhitePrivilege is REAL!
