My dog turned 14 today. I feel like every minute that I waste on this app I'm gonna regret not paying attention to him.

The best beach near LA is Sycamore Cove Beach dog friendly, has trees and shade, bathroom, far enough so it's not crowded, good parking close to the beach.

@Jessie_Webtopia It's a space filled with scammers, you think they respect women's rights? All they care about is to make some money no matter what

@shawngorham Believe it or not, we shop at Target, sometimes for pickup sometimes we do it. It's small and has everything we need. For fruits you gotta go to 99 Ranch Market

@ChadCarleton Most boys these days have mommy issues or at least some type of parental issues. DTC space is filled with them.

99% of DTC bros are very toxic, the worst humans on the planet. I worked for 3 different agencies in LA and all the executives were misogynistic and homophobes. It had that frat boys vibe.

Want to know the affiliate strategy of indicted rapist and sex-trafficker Andrew Tate? Well you're in luck because @mrsharma and @workweekinc have delivered it to my inbox. Seriously, why are marketers so obsessed with this misogynist? It's gross. Immediate unsub.

DTC businesses that advertise a lot, you can owe hundred of thousands of dollars interest free on your credit cards and make insane amount of cashbacks. As long as you pay the balance, you can owe to the max and not pay a penny in interest

@chernobelskiy Actually sorry the house needs to appreciate 2% annually to break-even

@chernobelskiy Mortgage at 3%, HELOC at 5.5% weighted interest on both is 3.4%. Just using HELOC to make payments can last me 8 years. Will the house appreciate more than 3.4% annually? if yes then I got free money.

Have someone else pay your parking tickets You take a picture of the ticket and put it on someone else's windshield. 90% of times that person doesn't even pay attention and pays for it. Used to do this when I was a delivery guy in Hollywood, everyone did it.

Family friend has an Airbnb Last day a tenant was there, they sold all the furniture out of their house And now have disappeared and won’t respond They also have a new family set to be there tomorrow and are unsure what to do These are part of the risks people don’t think
