Too much of the convo imo focuses on how dangerous LSTs are relative to an unrealistic utopia of all solo home stakers, ignores the incentives inherent to PoS, & offers no practical alternative This seems unlikely to work & I worry it makes social consensus appear weak

@hudsonjameson I'm a big fan of looking at behaviors rather than claims. FB talks a big game about how they want to fight censorship, yet they are the biggest source of censorship on Ethereum. I don't think we should ignore this sort of behavior and just "trust what they say, not what they do".

I guess my best investment YTD was the two boxes of canned veggies I picked up in January. They’ve appreciated ~30%, and I plan to keep #hodling

Looks like the trend of sky-high FDVs at launch won’t be breaking anytime soon. Overheated private valuations + Ultra-risk-off environment in public markets = Worst of both worlds for crypto retail investors
