दुवै प्रहरीहरुलाई भीड नियन्त्रण गर्दा use of force, use of non lethal means and use of arms सम्बन्धमा तत्काल अनिवार्य रूपमा तालिम दिनु पर्ने देखियो । Gen Z को आन्दोलनको दौरान विद्रोही मिलिसियाले जस्तो जथाभावी फायर गर्ने प्रहरीहरु र आदेश दिने कमाण्डरलाई तत्काल कारवाही गरियोस् ।
भाद्र २३ गते Gen Zको आन्दोलनमा भएकाे प्रहरी दमनको घोर विरोध गर्दछु। भीड नियन्त्रणको दौरान सुरक्षा फौजले पालना गर्नुपर्ने बल प्रयोगका सिद्धान्तहरू चेतावनी दिने, पानीको फोहरा, टियर ग्यास, लाठी चार्ज, रबरको गोली हान्ने हो। फायर आर्म्सको प्रयोग आत्मसुरक्षाको निम्ति अंतिम विकल्प हो ।
सर्वोच्च अदालतबाट समेत जन्मकैदको सजाय पाएका जघन्य अपराधका दोषी रेशम चौधरीलाई आममाफी दिनु भनेको आममाफी दिने प्रावधानको चरम दुरुपयोग हो । प्रचण्डले आफ्नो सत्ता निरन्तरताकोलागि यो कृत्य गर्नु कुनै आश्चर्यको विषय होइन तर ने का र अन्य सत्ता साझेदार दलले समर्थन जनाउनु लज्जास्पद छ।

१३७ करोड बढी जनसंख्या, १७७० किमी लामो खुला र अव्यवस्थित सिमाना त्यसमाथि रोटीबेटीको सम्बन्ध भएको छिमेकी... अतः नागरिकता सम्बन्धी खुकुलो प्रावधान हाम्रो देशको हितमा कदापि थिएन र हुनेछैन् । तसर्थ नागरिकता सम्बन्धी जारी अध्यादेश खारेज हुनु पर्छ ।
प्रम ओलीले राजीनामा राप बाट स्विकृत गराई राखेको र वहाँको ईच्छा अनुसार राप कार्यालयले सार्वजनिक नगरेको हुनुपर्छ । ठाकुरजीकाे आशीर्वाद लिएर चौथो पटक प्रम भएर देउवा र गिरिजा बाबुको प्रमकाे रेकर्डकाे बराबरी गर्ने तारतम्य मिलाउँदै ओली, अक्सीजन र बेड नपाएर मृत्युवरण गर्दै नेपाली जनता ।
छिमेकीलाई समेत कम्फर्टेबल हुने सरकार.....प्रचण्डको अभिलाषा हाललाई पूरा नहुने भयो । विश्वासको मत नपाएका ओली पुन: प्रममा नियुक्त हुनु भनेको देउवा, प्रचण्ड, बाबुराम र उपेन्द्रको नेतृत्व असफल भएको छ, तसर्थ अर्को पुस्तालाई नेतृत्व हस्तान्तरण गरी विश्राम लिँदा देश र पार्टीको हित हुनेछ।
ईद उल फितर, अक्षय तृतीया र पर्शुराम जयन्तीको शुभकामना! घरमै बसौं, अत्यावश्यक काम बिना बाहिर नजाऔं, सुरक्षित रहौं।
सर्वोच्च अदालतमा विचाराधीन मुद्दामा उसकै नेतृत्व गरिसकेका पूर्व प्रधान न्यायाधीसहरूबाट विज्ञप्ती आउनु अदालतको अपहेलना नहोला तर पदीय मर्यादा, आचरण, दायित्व अनुसारको कार्य पक्कै होइन । विकृति राजनीतिमा मात्र नभई सबैतिर मौलाउँदै गएको कुरामा दुविधा रहेन अब ।
ठूला नेताहरू राष्ट्रपतिलाई अपशब्द प्रयोग गर्दै भाषण गर्छन्, प्रम प्रदेशमा जाँदा त्यहाँका मुख्यमन्त्री स्वागत् गर्न जाँदैनन्, कस्तो संस्कार युक्त राजनीति ? यस्ता संस्कार विहिनहरुलाई हामी जनताहरुले माननीय मानिदिनु पर्ने? अब यि भ्रष्ट, कु-संस्कारीहरुलाई निर्वाचन मार्फत दण्डित गरौं ।
प्रमको संसद विघटनको प्रस्ताव तपाईं हामी धेरैलाई मन नपरेको हुनसक्छ, कारण तथा परिस्थिति माथि वहस गर्न सकिएला तर संसदीय व्यवस्थामा प्रमले संसद विघटनको प्रस्ताव राष्ट्र प्रमुख समक्ष गर्न सक्छन् । संवैधानिक राष्ट्रपतिले पनि मन्त्रिपरिषदको निर्णयलाई स्वीकार गर्नु नैं पर्ने हुन्छ ।
प्रम ओलीज्यू कोरोनाको प्रभावकारी नियन्त्रण तथा रोकथामका लागि वरिष्ठ डाक्टर एवं जनस्वास्थ विज्ञहरु सम्मिलित टास्क फोर्स गठन गरौं, testing, tracing ko दायरा बढाउ । कोरोना हट स्पोटहरु सील गरी बाकी भेगहरूमा कृषि, निर्माणका कार्यहरू सञ्चालन गरौं ताकि गरीब किसान जनताको बिचल्ली नहोस्।
अध्यादेश प्रकरण, प्रम ओलीले विशेष गरी समृद्धि, सुशासन जस्ता विषयमा आफ्नो सरकारको असफलतालाई ढाकछोप गर्न प्रयोग गरेका हुन् तर सफल हुन् सकेनन्। नेपाली राजनीतिमा यस्ता प्रयोगहरू जंग बहादुर, महेन्द्र, गिरिजा, देउवा, प्रचण्ड, ज्ञानेन्द्र सबैले गर्दै आएका हुन् , अनौठो कुरा भएन ।
Lockdown अवधिमा अत्यावश्यक सामग्रीको किनमेल गर्न बजार जानु अपराध होइन । अस्पतालबाट फर्केका स्वास्थ्यकर्मी, औषधि किनेर फर्केका नागरिक माथि प्रहरीले लाठीचार्ज गर्नु भनेको ज्यादै निन्दनीय कुरा हो । प्रहरीहरुले नागरिकहरुसंग सभ्य व्यवहार गर्न सिक्नु पर्छ ।
नेतृत्वको सफलताको परीक्षण हुने भनेकै संकटको घडीमा हो । अनुकूल समयमा त उखान टुक्का सुनाएर पनि कार्यकाल सफल होला । तर अहिलेको विषम परिस्थितिमा सडक पेटीमा, सीमा क्षेत्रमा, विदेशमा अलपत्र परेका आफ्ना जनतालाई घर पुर्याउन, फर्काउन पहल सम्म नगर्नु यो सरकार तथा नेतृत्वको असक्षमता हो ।
