@MercedesBenzUK Hi @MercedesBenzUK Thank you for replying back. When is best to give the service team a call? There is so much more to the story that you need to know.. Very disappointed Thanks

@MercedesBenzUK charge £210 just to look at your car even when a customer is worried about if their car is safe to drive or not. So disappointed at how you are treating your customers. How are you charging so much! Please get in touch #CustomerExperience @MercedesBenz

@virginmedia Not happy with this response at all. A reasonable offer is never extended. Really need to start looking after loyal customers. Offering introductory offers to new customers will not keep your existing customers when the price is doubled. Very disappointed

No customer loyalty from @virginmedia I used to swear by you and recommend @virginmedia, however if you don't offer loyalty to your customers then what is the point! Very disappointed. Another customer to your rivals #lookafteryourcustomers #loyalty #virginmedia

I am delighted, excited and deeply honoured to be given the opportunity to be given a tour of my old primary school @FirbeckPrimary today! Speaking about my life starting at Firbeck. Hopefully i have inspired the next generation of future radio presenters and community leaders

@virginmedia I did ring in. And wasn't happy with the outcome ofcourse. It was a typical call that did not help me as a loyal existing customer

It's crazy that these big companies do not look after their loyal customers these days. They have amazing deals for new customers but never for the existing customers. Just doesn't make sense. @Virginmedia @Virgin Loyalty doesn't pay no more 💯
