Early stages of a state-based procedural animation system. Idle and run both placeholder but blend between one another nicely as well as with the "look at" functionality. Procedural look at/blinking/animation for the eyes too. Mouth is just UV shifting over a sprite sheet.

Working on yet another character controller. Opting not to rely on either CharacterController or Rigidbody and, instead, writing something bespoke to ensure precise behaviour. Early stages but getting it to work on any kind of "moving platform" is a nice win.

Started implementing weapons now with slightly different control/camera setups depending on the type, and each defining how they should be held and what holster to attach to etc.. Think it needs some training dummies next! #gamedev #madewithunity #indiedev

.@Newegg screwed us out of $500 in one of the shadiest ways possible and I don't think the company realizes that it rolled a natural 1 and landed on us. This appears to be a convenient scheme to deny RMAs and keep returned products and money. Literal theft. We tried being nice--
