I’m seeing various commentators say that AI will reduce the need for humans to work and that’s a good thing. This is bullshit. Humans need work for a sense of purpose and to avoid getting stuck in a purposeless rut. Employment also avoids dependency on the government/state.

Starmer is going to 'reshuffle' his Cabinet and attempt another 'reset' when parliament returns next week. At some point, he will have to accept his own failure. Elected on lies, spineless in office, a hated PM. The British people want him gone. And Labour are done.
