#ConsistencyLevel in @ScyllaDB defines number of nodes that need to acknowledge read/write before the entire transaction is acknowledged back to the #requestor/client Quorum is sort of democratic option where the majority is heard and the response

It's interesting to note how different factors change the database characteristics. Replication factor dictates number of data copies created in nodes within a cluster. Higher the #replication factor, higher the data #availability @ScyllaDB
