Luggage wrap guys were amazing. Broke open case and gave me a sympathetic tap on the back. Dragged my now 1kg lighter bag back to @kulula counter and mean lady has gone on break. Now carrying 1kg of bras from my handbag and mascara stains on my face.

I’m a nervous flyer as it is. And yes I broke the rules being 1 kg over. But bag was all locked up and @kulula bag check in lady threatened me with a R350 fine. Then made me drag my stuff to the luggage wrap guys to use their scissors to break open case. Instant tears.

Feel like I’m quite a tough cookie. But I was just brought down to my knees by the @kulula bag check in lady. Note to all @capetownint passengers, if you are 1kg over, avoid counter 51. Now awaiting my delayed flight with blood red eyes & tear soaked cheeks. 😭
