@progressive You are the worst insurance company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Refusing to honor a receipt so you can screw over the person *your* client hit is shitty.

@ohmconnect Here we go again. No notification until 5-10 minutes after the Ohm Hour was supposed to start, and it didn't turn off our devices. Can barely get the website to load. What's going on over there?!

@Schubaccah @ohmconnect Only got a notif for the second one, and it came *after* they'd already shut everything off. I sent them a message...I expect we'll be getting a "oops, our bad" email sometime this week.

@ohmconnect Stop shutting down our devices with no warning, and/or almost ten minutes before events even start. This is ridiculous.

@AmazonHelp I already did. No response. Basically, because I can't prove I did what I was supposed to and Amazon screwed up, Amazon doesn't care.

Thanks @amazon for stealing one of the few teacher appreciation gifts I got this year. $25 gift card that I applied to my account magically disappears, and all your cs can say is "dunno, bad luck!"

@AmazonHelp And, as I stated, Amazon's response is "can't help, so sorry." Customer service my butt. Billion dollar company can't make good on a $25 gift card *they* screwed up.

@AmazonHelp I had not made any purchases after redeeming the gift card, and my gc activity is not even showing the redemption. It's like it completely disappeared.

@AmazonHelp Contacted cs, who told me that because it wasn't showing in my history and I didn't have the card, there was nothing they could do. I don't know why it isn't showing in my history, that's the point, something went wrong. It was there Monday, then disappeared.

@AmazonHelp I received a gift card from a student on 8/15. I scanned the code with my phone, and I received the "$25 has been added to your gift card balance" or w/e it says. It showed I had $25. So I threw the physical card away. Then I went to use it yesterday and my balance was zero.

@ohmconnect It's been over a week and a half, I don't accept that anymore. I've gotten multiple responses of "someone will take a closer look at your account" but no one actually doing it. I've been with your program for years, and this treatment is abysmal.

@ohmconnect Multiple efforts to contact support and I still can't cash out rewards because your system thinks I've cashed out more than I have. No response, nothing. I'm not referring anybody to your program anymore.
