@berlinistmusic This song played on this track is one of the most beautiful melodies I've ever heard. I await the day I'm able to purchase this song. I love it.

@DOC_DARK1985 My Switch is now in my bedroom; needed the HDMI port for my AppleTV. But the big boys are primed and ready.

@KParksYT @AskPlayStation Turnaround was VERY FAST! Return box received on Tues, received notification from Sony Wends. saying they received it (3:14pm). Got an email the same day, (5:06pm) informing me my system was 'repaired' and was shipped. New console arrived on Friday.

@KParksYT @AskPlayStation From what I can tell it seemed as though they pulled a new console, removed the box from its slipcover, then pulled the controller, cables, and manuals from the box and mailed the console (box and all in a separate shipping box).

@demetrifloww @PlayStation FREAKING INSANE! Seriously, the treatment customers are receiving is absolutely mind blowing. There's also talk that they are sending people refurbished units instead of new ones. I believe my replacement was new but if they are sending refurbs, that's awful.

@KParksYT @AskPlayStation Also it arrived packaged in the same box as new consoles. Only difference is the slip cover wasn't included and the accessories were removed. But all the packaging was present. Even the covering appeared new. So I'm thinking I got a new one but who knows?

@KParksYT @AskPlayStation That's insane! Now my replacement appears to be new but I won't be so naive to say that for 100% certainty. The serial # is different so it is another unit. The only thing that makes me think it's new is the fact that the shiny black area wasn't scratched nor smudged.

@KParksYT @AskPlayStation Did they send you a refurbished unit?

@demetrifloww @PlayStation Does your console shut down? Why are they so adamant this is software? This tells me they aren't waking up to the issue, rather some simply got lucky and spoke to the right person. If they are so fixed on it being software then I feel Sony should be pushing the update out ASAP.

@demetrifloww @PlayStation We gamers gotta stick together! :) With there being so little direction coming from Sony, we have to rely on each other for some sort of resolution. If you are experiencing console crashes, be sure to mention it. Sad to say but error codes alone won't get you much help.

@demetrifloww @PlayStation My console was a huge mess. Wouldn't play ps5 or ps4 games. I'd get either error codes or system crashes. At most I could game for 10mins, at worst it'll crash on the title screen. The # I called was: 1 800 345 7669. Call later in the evening for best results.

@demetrifloww @PlayStation Hey, Nick! Actually I did. After my fourth call to Playstation Support, I was finally green lit to send my console in for repair/replacement. Going by the serial number I got another console (I took a pic of it before sending mine off) and it's working like a charm.

@Supergoodpixel @yko4life @AskPlayStation I do totally agree. I'm actually hoping for a repaired unit than a new one if I'm being honest. As for my console, where to begin? I was getting several codes, CE-108255-1 being the most frequent. The biggest issue was hard crashes. Nothing would play, not PS5 or PS4 games.

@Supergoodpixel @yko4life @AskPlayStation HAHAHA!!! Not getting another one? Perhaps. But fingers crossed I have better luck when my unit returns. Trust me, I certainly considered just returning it and holding out until next year.

@yko4life @AskPlayStation I kept getting the ace-108255-1 error. I also got a number of others. Then there were the crashes. Screen will flash green and the unit will just shut down. None of the troubleshooting tricks would work. PS5 nor PS4 games would play without crashing or coding out.

@yko4life @AskPlayStation Try calling later in the evening. I called between 3:45 and 4pm CST my time and always managed to get in the queue. Spoke with four reps when FINALLY getting the green light to send my PS5 in for repairs/replacement. Be prepared for them to fight you on sending it in.
