What a report line looks like (invented store):
"Your 'Linen Midi Dress' didn't come up for 'linen midi dresses'. The shopper was shown 'Cotton Wrap Dress' and 'Silk Slip Dress' first."
Each finding comes with a plain-English fix for that product.
AgentCheck is now open for Shopify stores.
A simulated AI shopper tests your store and shows exactly where it gets stuck: the product, the search it tried, and what came up instead. Plus how to fix it.
Read-only. Free to try: 2 audits, up to 15 products.

Search your own store for what a buyer would type, like "waterproof hiking boots". If the product type and key feature aren't in your title, AI shoppers searching those words have less to match on.
30-second check for Shopify merchants:
Add /policies/refund-policy to your store's web address.
"Page not found"? Then AI shoppers can't see your return policy, even with a returns page. Shopify's AI connection reads it from Settings → Policies.
Fix in the reply.
@VisionCourse Saw a similar pattern on returns. Previewing ~110 Shopify stores, the most common gap was a return policy that existed on a page but not in Settings → Policies, so the agent couldn't answer "can I return it?"
@vigstar1@KenWattana True, and it cuts both ways: through UCP the agent mostly sees what the store has filled in. Returns on a custom page instead of Settings → Policies? The agent just doesn't see them. Same structure, very different data quality.
@badhongrowth@alexgroberman Agreed on plain text. One more spot worth checking: Shopify's AI shopping connection reads the return policy from Settings → Policies. In ~110 stores we previewed, a returns page that existed but wasn't in that setting was the most common gap.
