1 in 5 13-18 year old Americans are depressed.
We need to show students that they are welcomed. That their school is a safe place to be themselves.
Yes this is for a project in school but one day I will do more than this. Wether that be singing songs that matter or telling my story.
If you feel alone just know your not. Talk to a teacher, a counselor, anyone. They can change your life.

Not only have I researched the topic of Depression and Anxiety in teens but I have lived though it. It's now my time to help others.
I use music to get through the hardships. I love to learn lyrics to songs and put my own twist on them.🌹
