@ggreenwald I have already asked @MaxBlumenthal for an answer to this, and unsurprisingly he hasn't replied: Where does @iamjohnoliver actually "call for surveillance" of messenger apps here? You can point out a problem without calling for the worst possible reaction to it, you know?
