JA21 wil geen BOA's met hoofddoekjes. Het is een grondrecht van burgers om bij een treffen met de staat niet geconfronteerd te worden met de persoonlijke overtuigingen van de ambtenaar in kwestie. Scheiding van kerk en staat vraagt om neutrale kleding van gezagsdragers.
