Well that’s me signing off from Junior Football. Been a pleasure coaching Hawcoat Dynamos since U6s. Winning LFA cup on the way. More importantly watching this lad grow in confidence in goals. My last game a 5-1 win over Workington with Charlie captain. 1/2

Barrow AFC under 16,s played in freezing conditions today in a Cumbrian derby against Cumbria Academy in the Junior Premier League. Goals from Jamie Harris, Luke Ellis and Ben Ridgway gave the young Bluebirds a 3-2 win. Well done lads @BarrowAFC @BarrowFFPC
