Sometimes, be prepared to take a step back. Watch see the activity of others, review you own. Good/bad. The result shouldn't feel partially pressurised in either direction. Feeling comfortable in the moment is crucial to a fair balanced decision. #Programming #python #nodejs

Log snd track everything, change logs, user activity, design notes. With a view to developing a plan which with actions which can be implemented. A previous change history is always helpful to understanding a users needs thinking. #Programming #python #JavaScript #software #agile

Have a plan and roughly stick with it, there is usually absolutely no reason to dither unless the surrounding conditions vary, even then reasoning to change course or adjust the solution should be reasonably known. #programming #python #nodejs #JavaScript #software #agile #scrum

Know your #customer, some need simply low risk solutions, some can have higher functionality at a higher risk, UI and user understanding. So an initial balancing act of user capacity and risk is vital to success. #programming #python #nodejs #JavaScript #software #agile #scrum

#Deploy small, meaningful and realistic changes. Keep it simple, spreading the requested adjustments over a fairly sizable area. Some changes will be accepted, others rejected and the rest adapted and retrofitted to suit a given purpose. #programming #python #JavaScript #software

Create a #design, ensure it is stable and only increment in small, meaningful small incremental steps. There is not point in trying to overdo or go beyond it the functionality will be simply unsued, or potentially unstable. #programming #python #nodejs #JavaScript #software

Determination is vital but a sense of social respect comes first. Morals then those challenging problems can be tackled. Without an incentive or drive, the results will be cumulatively much smaller than drive with genuine interest #programming #python #JavaScript #software #agile

If a wheel is going to go for a #problem, which is not in local bounds control. Let it spin, collapse and implode. The #pieces can be gradually and eventually picked up, order restored and life moves on, which the #wreckage is a blank slate from which to move on. #programming

Often when a social problem is not actually your fault, the wheels will grind and fall off somewhere. Its simply just a matter of time until the problem buckles and recoils elsewhere, its just a matter of when/where and bracing for the resulting impact #programming #python #agile

Have a prototype, does it work? Does it fit into a #social #environment? How useful is the resulting functionality to the user? Just because its #technically right, ot also has to be socially right before it can be implemented. #programming #python #nodejs #JavaScript #software

Have a simple set of repeatable steps which can constitute or equal a process. Simple, repeatable and fairly repetitive so it can start to constitute a routine, from which if repeated regularly equals a fairly sizable amount of steps. #programming #python #nodejs #software #agile

#Automate as much as practically possible. Reduce the amount of user interactions whenever possible, at least the modular integration becomes more possible with a simple set, number of steps to take which leads nicely towards testing automation. #Programming #python #nodejs

Have a methodology to implement and deploy a change and stick to it, tweaks along the way include gradual phased improvements but the structure as a whole should be consistant and realistic with proposed techniques. #programming #python #nodejs #JavaScript #software #agile #scrum

Think in #modular straight lines, maintain a simple consistant approach to a problem. Be it a wire-frame for a screen, data processing. The approach should allow for features, extras to be added later as desired without a rebuild. #programming #python #nodejs #JavaScript #agile
