It's totally on the linesman. Them drunkards, use cheap materials for connection which leads to an overload and failure. The money is pocketed by them though. Current state of affairs.

As if the power cut was not enough now we have to suffer from voltage fluctuations and phase outage. No power in Sector 46 Gurgaon. No one is available to even receive the complainant. #Dhbvn have some shame. @mlkhattar is this your millennium city? Don't boast of 24*7 power.
