@PrincessCruises #caribbeanprincess has known technical problems that prevent it from sailing at full speed that’s why we missed Cartagena
@PrincessCruises it wasn’t a sudden wind storm. This would have been known earlier. Again, Royal Caribbean left without any problem
@PrincessCruises well that’s still poor planning on your part. We could have left rainy Jamaica earlier or shortened the Cartagena port
@PrincessCruises not impressed & extremely disappointed
@PrincessCruises now you save on gas while we waste a day & miss out on crossing off a city off our bucket list
@PrincessCruises and as I’ve already stated. Royal Caribbean left shortly beforehand without issues
@PrincessCruises other passengers have told us they knew we would not be stopping there & that they got a credit for this months ago
@PrincessCruises sounds like this decision was made months ago but you kept Cartagena on the itinerary anyway & now you blame the weather
@PrincessCruises clearly they failed to monitor weather this time. Royal Caribbean left without a problem. This was not a safety issue
@PrincessCruises now no reply? Your silence says a lot in terms of customer service #princesscruisessucks #trycarnivalcruisesinstead
@PrincessCruises Cartagena was on our bucket list & was 1 of the 2 reasons we booked this particular cruise. Birthday cruise ruined
@PrincessCruises if this was known then this should have been told to us when we booked #princesscruisessucks
@PrincessCruises I hear that people who booked a year ago rec’d a letter in July stating that Cartagena was cancelled due to engine trouble
@PrincessCruises your poor planning resulted in us missing the next port, it was not bc of bad weather #trycarnivalcruisesinstead
@PrincessCruises comes down to poor planning & least expensive solution #worstcruisever #princesscruisessucks #trycarnivalcruisesinstead
@PrincessCruises 1 hour less in rainy Jamaica would have been more than welcomed by everyone. Instead u chose to save on gas & miss a port
@PrincessCruises that’s what I call VERY poor planning. Weather conditions need to be monitored on a regular basis but clearly was not done
@PrincessCruises furthermore, the carnival cruise was able to leave shortly before us without a problem
@PrincessCruises weather was bad upon arrival. It was no surprise. Falmouth could have been shortened. Instead saving on gas at my expense
@PrincessCruises Frustrated & disappointed with the port stop cancelation of Cartagena. Bottom line comes before customer satisfaction
