I’ve called @gtbank_help and I’ve filed for a dispense error but till this moment, my #30,000 has not been refunded and each time I call @gtbank_help the story I get remains we have filed for a dispense error. Same story without result.

Dear Esteemed @cenbank, I made an ATM transfer of #30,000 to someone on Monday, 28th of Dec, 2020 via @JaizBankNG ATM Iwo road in Ibadan and the response I got was “Issuer or Switch inoperative” however, I got debited by @gtbank.
