Continuously harassed by @rblbank bank for wrong credit card outstanding for which dey R unable 2 share proof. Getting 2-3 calls daily from collection agent.Pathetic customer care can’t resolve the issue frm last 3 months. Can raising this with RBI solve the issue? #CreditCard

I don’t know how is @Flipkart surviving (obviously on loss) but it is ought to be with such a pathetic customer service One product ordered 20 days back no delivery yet Just keep shifting days very conveniently .Other delivered with wrong specifications Pathetic @Flipkartsupport
