@IncomeTaxIndia your IVRS seems to be broken - goes in a loop saying DOB and 4 digits of PAN don’t match. No escalation number on your website. Pls advice. @FinMinIndia

@ICICIBank tried to get a customer service executive to explain how credit card late fees works. Line just went dead! Pin drop silence apart from jargons on utilisation rate etc. is this the norm? Cc: @jagograhakjago

@Flipkartsupport @Flipkart @ekartlogistics @jagograhakjago 1. Flipkart asks if I’m at home to take delivery on WhatsApp - replied immediately- nice! 2. Get am Rashee with tracking details - nice! 2. 8pm get a message saying Undelivered since we couldn’t get in touch

@Flipkartsupport And according to @ekartlogistics - it’s “Unsuccessful Unable to attempt delivery due to operational issues”. Each place has a different reason. Net result - delivery before 11pm didn’t happen. @jagograhakjago @Flipkartsupport @Flipkart

@flipkartsupport @jagograhakjago - best part is Ekart Logistics has no grevience number or contact details - isn’t this in violation on consumer act?

Why doesn’t @Flipkart have a better sop to inform users that they won’t get delivery? Why take up more deliveries than possible? Why can’t @Flipkartsupport take escalations? @jagograhakjago seems convenient way to avoid accountability and responsibility. How do I file a case?

@SwiggyCares @Swiggy @jagograhakjago Update for @Swiggy and @jagograhakjago Someone called after the tweet around 8:15pm. Asked for a call back in the morning as requested and they said they will “try”. No call so far. Consumer right - 0, Swiggy - 1

@Swiggy @jagograhakjago placed an order for about 1kg of food. Got 837gm with packaging. Could you please look into this? Wonder how many people also are not getting what they are being charged for. Also, delivery was 40 mins late. More than me, delivery person is waiting.

@Swiggy and @SwiggyInstamart had the most amazing experience today! First Swiggy promised 60rs promo cash in an instamart order above 299, which I did. However no 60 cash. Raised it with customer care - after sharing screenshots, I was told it’s a system glitch

@SwiggyCares @Swiggy @jagograhakjago Is this your SOP? If yes, why give partial refunds? Take the food back or if it’s delayed, call and offer to cancel.

@SwiggyCares @Swiggy @jagograhakjago First “refund” happened before the food was delivered after waiting for 40 mins with no updates on the food. Why the amount? No idea. Second time asked for full refund - that was refused. Why? No idea. “You can’t ask for it” was the reply.
