This is interesting. I got diagnosed with hEDS and ME at broadly the same time, and one of the few things my blood tests often find is folate deficiency that i then have to take supplements for but after a few months always seems to creep back again no matter what my diet’s like

Someone being able to do one thing on one day doesn't mean they'll ever be able to do it again. It also doesn't show the amount of time, energy, and potentially trauma they've been through to prepare for it, and then recover after.

This is just so delusional it’s almost funny. We have a brand new variant - XBB.1.16 just taking off here and spiking hospitalizations in India. We just exhausted our last available monoclonal. Brain and heart damage are demonstrated. And everyone’s getting it twice a year.
